The property is very nice , quite , and many trees . The staffs are very friendly and accommodating . We also have round trip Airport transfers which is very important for first timers.

What was the highlight of LS Garden Villa
Clean and comfortable stay
We really enjoyed our stay in LS Garden Villa. This place is super comfortable, clean and beautiful. The yard is cute, full of mango trees, flowers and other greenery. Rooms are super clean and they have AC, small TV, a jug with filtered water (the staff will fill it if you ask), hot shower, and closets which you can lock. It is nice that the rooms have their own balconies where the breakfast is served. Breakfast is very basic but still quite good: eggs, meat (fish/bacon), rice or bread and coffee/tea/juice. They offer free ride from/to the airport which is great and makes things so much easier. Even though this place is located a bit far away from the city center, we liked the area since it is more quiet. There is a Robinsons mall located in a walking distance where there are many restaurants, shops and a cinema. The staff is around 24/7 and all of them are extremely friendly and willing to help you with, for example, transportations and tours. They have a laundry service, but we did our laundry by ourselves so unfortunately I don't know the price. I would totally recommend this place of you are visiting Puerto Princesa!

What was the highlight of LS Garden Villa
One of the best places I've been in Philippines
Everything, this place is a hidden gem in Puerto. A bit far away from the buzz and the crowds, but rather close to a Robinson Plaza with Cinema (movie tickets around 200 p each), big Robinson supermarket, lots of restaurants, 3 atms to get cash from and many clothing shops as well. The property itself is really beautiful, surrounded by mango trees, lots of singing birds and pure serenity. You will be offered a welcome drink when checking in. Especially the terrace is a nice place just to sit down, read a book or checkout your plans on a computer. Inside your room you will find filtered water, which is complimentary and re-filled when requested. Nice bonus. They also offer one free pickup/drop-off and we used this service when they dropped us to the airport for free (in an actual air-conditioned car). Great value for the price. The room might look a bit shady inside because of the colors, but we really liked it anyway. Aircon worked well. Shower warmed needed to be unplugged and re-plugged before use to have hot water. We have a habit of checking the mattress and linen out and everything was top notch, well cleaned. In bathroom there is soap to wash your hands as well. The staff is really helpful and they are present at all times. Especially Jen and the other lady whose name I unfortunately cannot remember were so kind and always ready to help. Booked a ride to Port Barton through them for 600 peso/each, so they do take a small commission out of that one (but the van came to pick us up from the Villas so that was convenient). For breakfast they have a different menu each day, mainly bread or rice, omelet or fish or sausage or bacon, egg, juice or tea or coffee. There was a electricity shortage on Puerto during our stay, but this property has its own generators, so after 2 minutes we had power again. Can't recommend this place enough.
WiFi was not working very well from time to time, but during the day it was usable.
